Returning your product is hassle-free. Simply raise a return request within 2 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return Request?
To start the return process, email us at care@nakshatrahues.com within 2 days of delivery. Our customer support team will respond within 48 hours of your request.
The items must remain in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and with the price tag still attached.
If the product arrives damaged or the packaging appears tampered with, kindly decline the delivery.
Defective Package – We ensure all our products undergo rigorous quality checks and are securely packed. If you notice any tampering or damage upon delivery, please take photos and return the package to the shipping carrier. Accepting a tampered package will be considered as confirmation that the product was received in good condition. Kindly email us about the issue with supporting photos within 24 hours of refusal.
Who Covers Return Shipping Costs?
- If your location is serviceable by our logistics partners, we’ll arrange a free pick-up within 2 to 5 business days from the request date.
- If pickup is unavailable for your location, you may self-ship using a reliable courier. Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all tags intact. We’ll reimburse the return shipping cost.

Refund Processing Time
